LunaSoul Co. offers handmade press-on nails and related beauty products.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, update, or limit products, pricing, or services at any time without notice. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, design placement, or finish may occur.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your location to place an order through this website.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card information.

We reserve the right to:

• refuse or cancel orders

• limit quantities

• cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

• correct pricing or listing errors

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

Once an order has shipped, LunaSoul Co. is not responsible for:

• shipping carrier delays

• lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• incorrect addresses provided by the customer

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the hygienic nature of handmade press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

NAIL SIZING & APPLICATION RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail sizes before placing an order. LunaSoul Co. is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from measurements provided by the customer.

Application results and wear time may vary depending on:

• nail preparation

• application method

• lifestyle

• nail chemistry

• product care

PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

Our products are intended for cosmetic use only.

Customers should discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, or allergic reaction occurs. LunaSoul Co. is not liable for misuse of products, improper application/removal, allergic reactions, or damage resulting from use of our products.

Crystals and intention cards included with select orders are intended for decorative and inspirational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, product designs, branding, logos, graphics, photos, and written content are owned by or licensed to LunaSoul Co. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or use our content or designs without written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Wisconsin.
